12/14/20 - Against Resort Expansion/Glamping in Princeville
Urgent: Please Help Save Open Space in Princeville.

Aloha Princeville Homeowners,

Princeville I Homeowners, please register for the PHCA Board meeting this Thursday, December 17th, 4-6pm by going to http://www.princevillecommunity.com website. There’s no agenda yet, but we believe the Starwood Capital/East West proposal will be discussed and possibly the Survey results.

Since many of us feel the Survey was confusing and misleading, we want to flood the PHCA Board with emails and calls of opposition from as many owners as possible.

We have no way of knowing how they will weight the answers and comments to the Survey, or what the process is to reach results. The Board flatly denied our request during the Nov. 28th Town Hall meeting to provide input into the questions prior to the Survey’s release.

To ALL Princeville Homeowners - In order to build a record of opposition in front of the Planning Commission, the PHCA Board needs to hear from you. Please reach out to your neighbors and friends who live in Princeville and email the Board via the General Manager, Maylette Garces, whose email is maylette@princevillecommunity.com. She will forward it to the entire Board.

Please also register your opposition with a phone call – the more we have the better: The PHCA telephone number is (808) 826-6687.

Time is of the essence, so please help preserve our open spaces in perpetuity. Below is a simple message that can be sent to Maylette for the Board.

Mahalo nui loa for your support,

SOS Hui
